We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by an accessible Afro-inspired movement session. Let the rhythm move you.
Then we flow into the sauna, where breath, heat, and sweat help us release and ground.
Expect movement, stillness, laughter, and deep connection to yourself and to the group.
