Full moon sauna & ritual
9 september 2025 @ 18:00 - 21:00
Sauna & Sound w. Maria is back!
Under the light of the full moon, we invite you to an evening of sound, breath, and connection.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony paired with hums & drums.
Then we flow into the sauna, where sound, heat, and breath help us release and ground.
We close with a drum circle around the fire. Expect sound, stillness, and deep connection to yourself and to the group.
Come solo or bring a friend. This is your space to let go, connect, and celebrate under the full moon.
